The Kansas City Streetcar Authority (KCSA) is a not-for-profit organization formed for the purpose of managing, operating, and maintaining the streetcar. In addition to overseeing streetcar operations, the KCSA supports system branding, marketing, public communication, and community engagement.
The KCSA Executive Board generally meets every other month on a Thursday from 12pm-2:00pm. These meetings are held at the Singleton Yard at 600 East 3rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri, and open to the public. Click the below dates for meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
The KCSA Operations Committee meets monthly to discuss operational, testing and traffic/parking issues for the KC Streetcar. At this time, these meetings are held virtually via Zoom and open to the public. Click the below dates for meeting agendas and links to the specific Zoom meetings.
The KCSA Budget & Finance Committee meets periodically to discuss budget and financial issues as it relates to the KC Streetcar. These meetings are held at the Singleton Yard at 600 East 3rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri, and open to the public.
The KCSA Marketing Committee meets periodically to discuss marketing, branding and communication issues as it relates to the KC Streetcar. These meetings are held virtually and/or at the Singleton Yard at 600 East 3rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri, and open to the public.
