KC Streetcar and Manor Records Turn Streetcar Stops into Stages with “Streetcar Sounds”

Every Wednesday during the FIFA World Cup, local artists will perform live at select streetcar stops

This summer the KC Streetcar is partnering with Manor Records to host musical performances at multiple KC Streetcar Stops every Wednesday during the World Cup. The “Streetcar Sounds” live local music series brings some of Kansas City’s most talented musicians right to our riders, giving both visitors and locals the chance to experience authentic Kansas City music while exploring the city.

Every Wednesday, artists will perform at 1 PM & 3 PM at featured streetcar stops, creating unique moments of connection, discovery, and community through live music. On the last day of the Streetcar Sounds music series there will be 5 PM performances added on the final showcase date to send things off with a party. Whether you’re hopping on the streetcar or welcoming friends from around the world, Streetcar Sounds is your chance to experience the artists who help define Kansas City’s creative spirit.
