The Kansas City Streetcar Authority (KCSA), in coordination with the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) and the City of North Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Streetcar NorthRail Extension Study to evaluate the feasibility of a streetcar connection from the River Market to the City of North Kansas City, Missouri.
