“The KC Streetcar is an important partner as we plan to host and move residents and visitors next summer, so we’re thrilled that these branded streetcars are part of our early marketing efforts,” said Pam Kramer, Chief Executive Officer of KC2026. “As the world turns its attention to the Final Draw and the Kansas City region, these streetcars are a visible reminder of our enthusiasm to welcome the global soccer community.”
The two streetcars, each featuring identical designs, highlight the bold FIFA World Cup 26™ Kansas City Host City brand designs, including a nod to Kansas City’s iconic fountains, and recognition of its five Official Supporters of the Kansas City World Cup 2026 Host City. These streetcars will be in service from the River Market to UMKC through July 2026, carrying the energy and momentum of the world’s largest sporting competition along the entire route.
“These wrapped streetcars not only celebrate our city’s global moment but also embody the movement, connection, and vibrancy the KC Streetcar brings to Kansas City every day,” said Tom Gerend, Executive Director, KC Streetcar Authority.
