UPDATE: 2/7/17: The incident from Saturday, February 4 is still under investigation by the Kansas City Police Department.
UPDATE: 2/4/17 8:21pm: KC Streetcar service resumed with 3 car service.
UPDATE: 2/4/17 6:06pm: KC Streetcar service resumed with 2 car service. Operating hours are until 2:00am.
UPDATE: 2/4/17 4:45pm: The KC Streetcar suspended service at approximately 4:37pm on Saturday, February 4, 2017, when an automobile came into contact with a stationary streetcar at the River Market West streetcar stop. This incident did involve other autos as well but only minor streetcar damage is being reported. No injuries reported. KC Streetcar service is being supplemented with RideKC Buses and will transport passengers, for free, on the streetcar route. This is an ongoing investigation by KC Police.
